Monday, January 03, 2005 AD Thanks, Pau! The reason Paulo called me from the Philippines last week was to ask for my mailing address so he could have a Christmas present sent to me: Bible Bars! What a hoot. I feel much more sanctified each time I eat one! And best of all, as the box proclaims, "Helps Regulate Appetite." Um, yeah...isn't that rather the point of eating? Well, one of them, anyway. Another is enjoying the taste of the food. Happily, Bible Bars taste pretty good, too.
