Thursday, June 03, 2004 AD Thumbs-Down to Adobe Technical Support Requiring a credit card number to access technical support for a non-billable installation issue is a bad customer relations move. Getting passed among three people, each of whom must ask for the same information again, does not help, either.
On the flip side, my award for best customer/technical support goes to Wacom. I have consistently over the years gotten intelligent, respectful, easy service and support from Wacom -- never a problem. The highlight was when my stylus died.
