Sunday, February 23, 2003 AD We Regret to Inform You Friends, the City of Baltimore no longer exists. It has been swallowed by a gigantic pothole. It started out innocently enough -- a little glitch here and there in the blacktop -- but before we knew what had happended, or could purchase enough duct tape to rectify the problem, the little glitches all joined forces to become one gigantic canyon that swallowed the entire metropolis.
